The Parade takes place at Paddock Lane Park across from the Methodist Church in the village of Kettleshulme. St James School, David Ross Garden Centre and the Methodist Church have created a magical backdrop of light and lanterns to line the processional route. Participants can make lanterns at workshops in November to be carried along the route. The lanterns and displays will be illuminated in the park during the night for villagers and visitors to enjoy. The Lantern Parade is free of charge, but donations are welcome.
